Every personal training program begins with an assessment session which consists of going over your medical history and performing a flexibility, balance and fitness test. I will then create an individualized program that is based on your needs and goals.

VLifeFitness GROUP TRAINING is designed to encourage personal fitness, improvement and goal achievement at any age and fitness level, in a motivating and supportive group setting.

VLifeFitness BOOT CAMP is INTENSE, CHALLENGING AND FUN! Consisting of intervals of calisthenics (body weight exercises), cardio circuits, strength training, plyometric and isometric movements. It will test your physical strength, endurance and stamina, no matter what your fitness level. You compete only against yourself, but will work with others for the very best results! In just 4 weeks, you will notice an INCREASE in your ENERGY, STRENGTH, STAMINA and a DECREASE IN YOUR BODY FAT AND INCHES.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session, or forfeit the session.
Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
