Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I train?
Your training frequency will vary depending upon your goals. Most clients will train somewhere between two and four times per week.

What if I have limitations or injuries?
Most people have some type of limitation or injury. I will take into consideration these challenges and design a program that will work around them and still provide you with a great workout.

What does the workout consist of?
Workouts will consist of core, balance, and strength training.

Do I need my own equipment?
No. I will provide all the equipment necessary for a complete workout. However, if you already have equipment in your home it can be integrated into your workout.

What if I can't find time to workout?
We all lead very busy lifestyles. The key is making time for it. We always make time for what is important to us. Some of my hardest working and most consistent clients have been the ones with the busiest schedules.

How long will it take to see results?
This depends upon a number of factors including your current level of fitness, how often you train, your genetic make-up, and how consistent you are at following a good nutrition plan. Depending upon these things and your goals you could be looking at anywhere from two to six months.

Will lifting weights make me big?
Not unless that is your goal. Weight training is effective because it builds muscle and muscles burn calories, which helps to tone and shape your body. Cardio and diet alone won't achieve this.
