Being fit is one of the most important aspects of a person's
life. My name is Veronica Thomas, a certified and insured
personal trainer holding an NASM (National Academy of Sports
medicine) Certification. Health is my core belief, and being
in training since I was 21 has lead me to the understanding
that everything you do has an effect on your life. The amount
of energy you exalt, the control you have over food, and the
empowerment you experience over yourself is the true reason
why I became a trainer.
As a wife and mother of a four year old, I can relate to
the challenges women face when it comes to obtaining and maintaining
a healthy lifestyle, which is why I chose to specialize in
women’s fitness. Whether you are a new mom looking to lose
a few extra baby pounds, a professional with a busy lifestyle,
or a fitness enthusiast looking for a fresh challenge, which
will ultimately take you to the next level of fitness, you
need to look no further. One of my specialties is creating
an individualized program in-home, at office or training in
a private gym facility that will help reach your fitness goal.
Fitness is a lifestyle, not a phase, and I will work with
